next to the item. Next click on "BUY". Your actual shopping cart will be
displayed with the item(s) you've selected. If you wish to continue
shopping just click on "CONTINUE SHOPPING" and you will be taken back into
the Teastore. If you wish to change the quantity of an item you have in
you shopping cart just click on "CHANGE QUANTITY" and enter the new
quantity you wish to purchase. If you wish to checkout just click on
"CHECKOUT" and proceed to fill out the required billing and shipping
information. Online orders require a valid credit card, we accept

RETURN
POLICY
To
ensure product freshness and quality we ask that you open your cartons as
soon as they arrive. If you are not completely happy with your purchase
you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Notify us immediately via
e-mail as to the nature of your problem.
Should a shortage or
damage occur please handle as outlined below:
SHORTAGE:
All items shipped are checked for quantity
correctness. However, should a discrepancy occur, contact us within 7 days
of receipt of your merchandise and we will correct the
shortage.
DAMAGE:
Your
order will leave our shop in perfect condition. However, there is a chance
the merchandise could be damaged during transit. If any damage occurs,
do not discard the items, but contact us immediately and we will
discuss the replacement of the merchandise. All damages must be reported
within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.
